Questions
Who counts as a vet?
A qualified veterinarian working in your practice. Everybody else on your team — reception, nursing, grooming, kennel and management — is free, and there is no cap on how many of them you add.
What if a vet joins or leaves partway through the year?
Tell us and we adjust from the next month. There is no annual commitment and no charge for removing someone.
Do locums and part-time vets count?
Count the vets working with you in a given month. A locum covering a week is not a fifth vet; a part-timer who is with you every week is.
Is there a limit on devices, patients or records?
No. Use FastVet on as many phones, tablets and computers as you like, with as many clients and patients as you have.
